Padres Need This Season to End

The Padres continue to fold and they have lost two Games in a row. On Sunday it looked like they could pull out a win, but they gave up three runs over the last three innings and that led to the defeat. The Padres are averaging 4.57 runs while their pitching is giving up 4.09 runs per Game. The offense is ranked 14th while the pitching is ranked 6th. Fernando Tatis Jr is dealing with a sore shoulder and although he’s hurt, it’s unclear if he’s going to have to be held out. The Orioles are averaging 4.87 runs while their pitching is giving up 4.33 runs per Game. Anthony Santander has hit 21 home runs and driven in 64 RBIs so far this season. On the mound for the Orioles will be Jack Flaherty who sits with an 8-7 record and an ERA of 4.33. Over his last two starts he has given up four runs total.
