Getting crafty! Shakira has had some pretty iconic looks through the years and as it turns out, she’s actually had a hand in making some of them. Flashback to the 2001 MTV Music Awards, and the 44-year-old singer showed up in quite the interesting outfit. Complete with low-rise black leather skinny jeans, a feather-embellished crop top and a ready-for-battle headband, it was a look for the books. As such, it’s no surprise that Vogue Mexico included the ensemble in Shakira ’s My Life in Looks episode, which aired on Wednesday, June 22. Danelo Cavalcante remained at large Monday afternoon and police suspect he is hiding out in a residential neighborhood in Pocopson Township, Pennsylvania, near the prison he escape d from last week, officials said. House Republicans from both sides of the conference came to a deal on a short-term government funding bill this weekend. The effort was led by GOP Reps. Dusty Johnson, House Freedom Caucus chair Scott Perry, Stephanie Bice, Chip Roy and Kelly Armstrong. The deal includes a one-month continuing resolution, funding the government through Oct. 31. It also includes an 8% funding cut to domestic agencies except for Veteran Affairs and the Pentagon.
